The dreaded wk 5 run 3! Completed

After my last run, I was feeling good about this one, although wasn’t sure how I was going to keep going for 20mins! I did it. Not going to lie the 2nd half was hard and the last 5 mins were awful. Breathing was harder and I was tired. I kept going! More so because my husband was running with me! I was determined to complete it and I did.

Feeling accomplished and very pleased with myself!! 4 week’s to go until I complete 5k 😊

Great job... a landmark run there... that’s you able to do an all running session... nothing to fear in the rest of this... you will run 30 minutes for sure.

Well done on finishing this milestone run even when it got tough.........but please don't call it a dreaded run, think of those coming up behind you. It is just another progression in a carefully structured training plan.

For your information, without intending to generate any kind of dread, W6R1 actually catches more people out.........so stay nice and slow.

Keep running, keep smiling.

I know this. That’s why I’m doing it. Although can’t help what I feel before I go out. 😀. The feeling to complete it is great!
