Well to say that I am smiling like the proverbial Cheshire cat would be an understatement, happy as a pig in mud. I might have felt slow, and after a rubbish day at work completing this really turned my day around. Over halfway there not bad at all

Hey Jude, Fab post , you sound so so happy !
Running can make you feel like you can cope with anything that the day throws at you doesn't it? Absolutely marvellous
Good Luck for the rest of the programme, youre doing great ! xxx
It's those endorphins - they'll get you every time!
Thank you all, when I was out of sight of people I did put my arms in the air like I had crossed the finishing line, such a buzz, I would have done a lap of honor but, well I was spent...... that 5 minute cool down was like I was walking on air... not bad for an old en hehe
Ha ha yay Jude, you just gotta do the arms in the air thing, its the law ! xxx
Well if it is the law and I am a law abiding citizen, then 'Hands up baby hands up, give me your heart give me give me your heart' lol
