Well to say that I am smiling like the proverbial Cheshire cat would be an understatement, happy as a pig in mud. I might have felt slow, and after a rubbish day at work completing this really turned my day around. Over halfway there not bad at all :D

Running can make you feel like you can cope with anything that the day throws at you doesn't it? Absolutely marvellous :-)

Thank you all, when I was out of sight of people I did put my arms in the air like I had crossed the finishing line, such a buzz, I would have done a lap of honor but, well I was spent...... that 5 minute cool down was like I was walking on air... not bad for an old en hehe :D

Hehe, they did not tell us that when we started the program hehe..... think I may get hubby to put a tape across the gym door week 9 day 3 ........................... and the winner is :-)
