I did my first week 4 run today. Had to do a few walk steps twice in the first three mins, ran the whole next five mins , walked a few steps in the middle of the next three mins and only managed just over four of the last five mins.

You're doing great! I think it'll get easier and easier the more you do week 4. I believe I repeated week 4 twice before moving on to week 5 the time I graduated C25K. Slow and steady will get you there. :)

Rest up... put in some extra stamina exercise and then head out really slowly... really, really slowly! Relax and just try to land lightly.
