I did my first week 4 run today. Had to do a few walk steps twice in the first three mins, ran the whole next five mins , walked a few steps in the middle of the next three mins and only managed just over four of the last five mins.

You're doing great! I think it'll get easier and easier the more you do week 4. I believe I repeated week 4 twice before moving on to week 5 the time I graduated C25K. Slow and steady will get you there.

Rest up... put in some extra stamina exercise and then head out really slowly... really, really slowly! Relax and just try to land lightly.
