W9R3 ... GRADUATION DAY! 👩🏻‍🎓

I went to bed last night like a kid on Christmas Eve, I was so excited for today’s run ... but, instead of Santa, the head gremlins visited and I wasn’t feeling up for it (dry throat & slight stiffness)

But it’s W9R3 so it HAD to be done.

I was straight into my stride (usually it takes 5-10mins) the gremlins vapourised, I was actually ENJOYING it and even had the crazy notion to carry on to 5km but decided to save that for another day.

This programme has been 9 weeks of total awesomeness and has done exactly what it says it will do, even for me, THE most unlikely of participants.

I love this forum, it has given me so much help, motivation & advice. I’ll keep using it to achieve the 5k bit of the title!
