Had a great R2, but had to walk a few times today, so am thinking that twice a week will suit me. As I seem much better. Also I remember someone saying that a week doesn’t have to be Monday to Friday, so anyone doing the same? I just want to keep running, and if that means twice a week at the moment, then so be it.

You arrange the runs in the way that suits your lifestyle and how you feel... I usually run Sunday,Tuesday, and Friday, but, since having our small runner in training, (granddaughter)

have had to tweak my days....

You are doing well.. slow it right down and take it gently... when you do the run again.. relax and just let the legs find their happy pace.
