Well that's me done run 27 of 27 at lunchtime and I managed to drop 30 seconds a kilometer of my speed which is unbelievable. I'm truly delighted and I can run a full 5k - all be it in 36 mins :-))))
My question now is one about going forward. Does anyone know of an app that you can set yourself timed distances and get motivation like the Cto5k app?
Thanks

Congratulations CoatdykeSorted on completing and graduating from C25K with week 9 run 3, there are several Bridge to 10K podcasts but run at least 6/30 minute consolidation runs before you start training for a

Well done! I do the ‘speed’ podcasts on nhs choices and I think they helped me get quicker after I graduated. You run slightly less time/distance but with quicker intervals at a faster pace. Hard work but actually quite fun.
Congratulations. First celebration... then a few 30 minute runs.
I use Nike run club as it has timed guided runs, where you’re coached the whole way, and they go up to 90 minutes timed (don’t worry there’s lots of runs of all lengths) and they have some distance based ones arriving (currently only one mile and 10 miles but they add runs every Friday)
