I am in Iceland on holiday for 5 days and there is snow and ice.
I could either try running anyway or skip 5 days.
If I skip, when back, should I go on to w6r3 (25m) or repeat the last run (10+10)?
Thanks
Peace 😋

I have spent a lot of time in cold nations that have sub-zero temperatures myself. I have two suggestions depending on where exactly you are 1) if there is a gym nearby (I know there often isn't) use the treadmill. 2) If not, try, as self-conscious as it might make you feel, simply running laps across your room.
I was there a couple of years ago in the winter, and found that in Reykjavik most of the roads are clear of snow, as they are apparently heated underneath with hot geyser water. Also the main road to the airport, about 15 miles is similarly kept clear. You'll need a woolly hat and gloves though! Good excuse though to give the running a break and just enjoy the hospitality
Carry on where you left off.
You will not lose any condition in five days, as explained in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
Run if you can but don't worry if you can't, for the reasons IannodaTruffe has explained above.
