What has it been like - getting back into it after flu?!

I was at W9R1...so just about to start running 30mins each time and I came down with flu and an infection in my sinuses.

What has it been like for anyone getting back into it after an illness? Any tips and advice?

Thank you 😊

I’m just coming back after a bad cold with a temp that turned into a sinus infection as well. I always start with a walk, then a speed walk then a 10 min run to 15 min run then a 20 min run. After that I am usually back on track

Thank you. That seems v sensible...my next run was 30 mins, but I did 28 instead and really struggled. Going right back makes sense and won’t be demotivating. 😊
