Everything was aching, knee felt sore, ankle was same plus lower back was also sore . Five mins in my pelvic floor felt useless too! Needed to pee badly. I pushed negative nelly to one side, turned up the music and kept going but boy it was mentally tough! Finished it though. Legs feel fine today!
I’m getting closer to graduation and still running at a snails pace but I’m completing the runs. Might venture outside shortly, but I’m worried that it will knock me for six!! Might do some consolidation runs outside once I’ve graduated.
Any advice for tips to help me cope with the transition to run outside?

The main thing Ceri is that you are completing the runs, does not matter how long it takes, well done on getting to week 8, not long until you graduate. Perhaps you would not ache as much as you say you do if you ran outside, but at this time of the year better just to do all your remaining runs including graduation on the treadmill (dreadmill as some call it here on C25K)
After you graduate you could then run the 6 post-30-minute graduation runs outside if you wish, get used to being outside, again the weather and the time of year could have a say on that.
Some people would say nine. The usual advice on completing this programme is to consolidate your achievement by maintaining approximately the same level for three weeks before considering any further improvement.
Hi I'm just in front of you in the plan as soon as I started the running with no breaks I found some of them really hard going and others were ok, i think like anything you're really inconsistent with something until you do it for a while.
Well done in getting past the obstacles and having the mental toughness to Get it done.
Personally I found W8 R3 and W9 R1 were my best yet maybe you'll be the same.
