I know, I know.. Don't tell me off. I went for my [2 of 3 5k Run]. This one was marginally slower by 2mins - 5km 32m16s av pace 6"20'.. loving the biometrics on the garmin..!!

After being concerned about the tight left quadricep I went food shopping and noticed I'd been racking up the (walking) steps all day.. wondered if running would help loosen everything up as I wasn't hobbling.

To be honest I've been craving another after glow / high.. since the epic 30min 5km this week [1 of 3 5k Run]

Are these the early signs of a running addiction???

After tonights late night 5km run my Garmin has now told me I'm having 58hr recovery.. So I will take its advice and do my [3 of 3 5k Run] on Saturday. (This is the most I've ran in my life..EVER!)

My god I enjoyed this late evening run. So peaceful. I changed the route up a bit too to keep it interesting. The 30 mins flew by.

Lots of foam rolling and stretching between now and [3 of 3 5k Run]

Wonderful run :)

Let me know your opinion about foam rolling, I still haven't buy one.

PS. You are definitely addicted :D what great addition to have ;)

More impressed I listened to myself and it was OK. I find the foam roller REALLY helpful. It's like going for deep tissue massage with the physio. Best piece of running related kit aside from my new garmin watch (the biometric analysis is astounding!)

I think I won't have Garmin, but I may treat myself to foam roller. Although I'd prefer personal masseusse.

I think I'm addicted too! I've been running 5 k three times a week now and am now getting worried that I can't do one tomorrow, or looking ahead, won't be able to do three next week!
