Hi I'm 55 on week 3 run 3 and my lower inner legs are hurting. I have had some new trainers today to help support and straighten my ankles when jogging as they have been turning in during the jog on this week 3 run 2.
I'm having hot baths in evening to soothe the aches and took 2 days off jogging.
Any advice to help.

Some aches and pains are normal... the shoes should help, land your feet flat and under your body, run on softer surfaces, keep the pace down, watch your hydration. If in pain, take an extra rest day. The aches and pains reduce as fitness increases. Great job on the first third of the plan.
It may be your legs adjusting, and it may just fade with time. My shins inside and out used to hurt alot esp if I was pushing harder. I found calf compression sleeves very helpful for my pain. I would wear them during and hours after a run. I still do on occasion. These are the ones I picked up:
