I am SO proud of myself!! I have just completed Week 5 Run 3, I completed the 20 minute jog which felt so amazing!!

5 weeks ago I was exhausted jogging 90 seconds!!!

I felt nervous but took everyone’s advice and jogged slow then the last 5 minutes jogged bit faster.

Week 6 here I come!!

Congratulations, that's a milestone run 😬👍

You will be smiling all day now haha.

Be careful with week 6 runs 1 and 2 as going back to intervals catches people out !

Well done! It's the milestone: your first long run.

Enjoy the day. You've now gained bragging rights and can bore the socks off everyone you meet today.

I'm sure you'll have a grin on your face for the rest of the day. 😁

Thank you so much!

I was thinking about how I was out of breath doing the first 90 seconds jog! Amazing how this program works.

lol!! Yes certainly the topic of conversation for the day!

Brilliant and well done! I will be 'attempting' it later this week - just completed Wk5R1 and I am fretting about the 3rd run this week as not sure I can do it. I even googled it to make sure it wasn't a mistake, but I do feel re-assured reading some of the posts on this forum.

Ah thank you so much.

Well done on completing Week5 Run 1 that is fantastic. I felt exactly the same, don’t worry and thought I would not be able to do it. I took it slow like everyone said and that really helped.

You can do it!

Let us know how you get on

It's great isn't it, did mine 2 days ago and I'm still smiling to myself :-)

Can't wait to start week 6 now.
