Im on week four. I completed week 4 run 2 yesterday and really feel like going out for a run just now. I'm on a rest day, can I do it? Should i rest?

I would say yes! If you feel genuinly okay, go for it.

Please, never run on a rest day. Rest days are as important as run days for increasing your running strength. Rest days are when your muscles repair the small mictotears that occur when running. The muscles repair stronger than before. Failure to observe this leads to a high probability of injury. Just saying 😊. Inexperienced should never run on consecutive days in the first year. You can do other exercise.

True, i wouldn't lift on a rest day, so should probably treat running the same way.

I go swimming or muck about with resistance bands instead. Listen to the wise ones!
