It was all going so well... after graduation I was keeping up with 2-3 runs a week, started doing my local parkrun, and added a ballet class to my weekly collection of activities.
Then last week I broke my toe in a stupid domestic accident and am now in a surgical boot and on crutches
I would never have thought a few months ago that I would be the sort of person who would be frustrated about not being able to exercise, but it's SO annoying...

Hi I just the same been out for 5 weeks and still no end in sight next is a scan to see what I’ve done I begin to think now my running days are over first it started with a blood clot then a muscle tear now a scan is there a end for me hope your back running soon
Sorry to hear that BargainRzl. Recommend you request the book “Sit Strong” from your library - can’t remember the author but it only came out this year so should be findable. Loads of exercises to improve strength, balance, fitness and suppleness, none of which need feet. Hope you’re back out there soon c
