I was quite worried waking up this morning, because last night it was very cold and wet and I didn't want to be running in the rain today.π§οΈ
When I pulled the curtains back and saw the clear blue sky I knew I was going to have a great run. ππ
I set out and made my way to the old railway trail with my brisk 5 minutes walk. It was then time to start my first 30 minute run; it was a bit slippery under foot so I was being a bit more careful, but was still able to get into my regular stride. π
I went just passed the old railway station at Milton of Campsie and Jo said, "That's great, you have 10 more minutes to run." this let me know that for that section I had run it a bit faster than the previous runs. At that point I felt that I could run for ages.
I am really enjoying this, and can't wait for Wednesday to come, but I will be sensible.
I really love me this community.
