W9R2 complete!

Didn't feel so good to begin with and got a small stitch early on, but towards the end I decided I didn't want to stop! Was determined to get over 4K as I hadn't yet managed it so continued for an extra 4 minutes and made it to 4.5K, so pleased with myself! Can't wait to graduate on Wednesday, am feeling so proud that I've almost made it to the end of the programme.

Happy running everyone!

Great job. Careful on the graduation run as you’ve already gone above plan this week now. Love every step of that graduation run.

Thank you, will definitely stick to the 30 minutes next time, but looking forward to improving distance and time over the next few weeks

Good work.

I'm at the same stage as you and also hope to graduate on Wednesday.

Coincidently, I also had a small stitch whilst doing W9R2 today. My first for the whole of C25K.

Thank you, great to hear you're at the same stage! Jealous that you don't get stitches often, I get them more often than not which is irritating, just got to battle through it though. Good luck for Wednesday, not that you need it I'm sure!

Well done, and do not forget to thank Laura and apologise for any earlier bad language, although I would not be surprised if she is not heard it all before.
