Well what can I say, 0757hrs this morning I completed run 3 of week 9. I have finished the course, completed the program. I am a runner 🏃🏃. Wow. My little cheer to myself was a bit louder than I thought, startled the lady next to me on another treadmill, turns out though she is on week two and us having thoughts that she will never make it to the end. Soon put her right and told her about this forum.
Anyway I am a graduate, happy days. Now to carry on and work towards longer times. Thank you all for being there. Onwards and further.
Also to add, following advice from the other day, I made sure I was hydrated and didn't suffer from heavy legs.
