Check out your long distances Paul! Sounds rather like the running bug has well and truly bitten now. 🏃😀

You’ll be more than ready for your race in May! Really well done. 👏👏👏👏

Now... after the, well done you... You need to get outside:) It is so very different, and the sooner you give it a whirl the better, maybe:)

You need to get out there..it is such a different experience... I am doing my first HM next March... and I run outside all the time... but even so, I shall be, in the next few weeks training on the type of terrain that I will be running on :)

I am right with Oldfloss on this one Paul........you need to get outdoors to find out what it is like to set your own pace, cope with gradients, uneven ground, wind and weather.

You have made brilliant progress but nothing can give you the experience of outdoor running like getting out of the door. When you do your first outdoors run, don't try to go too far........a twenty minute run will be a fine taster.

Not what you're looking for?
