Week 13 run 2 yesterday.
Mapped out 7.5k to improve on 7k on my "long" run of last week.
Did 8k! Don't know time cos forgot to look at my watch at the start!
Really hard work around 3k and 6k but was running past the mighty Saints stadium and now we're Premier league, clearly couldn't slow down or stop there!
Cannot believe I can run 8k/5 miles. Started c25k in February and really struggled to start with.
Absolutely love this program and site.
