Small steps... well shuffles...but w2 in the bag. Feel tons better in myself and weirdly look forward to slithering off down the lane at snail pace!! Running for 10, 15 20 mins seems like a crazy possibility Week 3 here we come... you can’t scare me though my knees and thighs might have a different opinion!! Love this programme. If I can do it anyone can. Onwards and upwards x

Well done I am nearing the end of W2 and so far so good. Just need to concentrate on being able to run for 90 secs it’s a bit of a struggle for me.

Yup..slowly slowly is deffo right for me. Interesting how I never see any other runners doing walk/shuffle/walk stuff... all I see is fit folk confidently bobbing along and breathing without panting 😅
