Well that’s it! Week 9 run 3 done!. It’s been emosh people but loved every minute of it....... well that’s a lie there’s been times I wanted to curl up in a box somewhere.

I’ve learned a few lessons along the way, just because you didn’t hear the fart while running with earphones in doesn’t necessarily mean everyone else in the park didn’t either is just 1 of them.

I’ve really enjoyed reading all your posts on here and hope you’ll stick around as I intend to.

For those of you starting out on this amazing journey, I feel your pain but but keep in mind that almost everyone on here has had the voice saying “there’s no way on earth I’ll be able to do that” I was definitely one of them here and no ones more surprised than I am that i graduated!.

Keep at it, one foot in front of the other at your own pace you don’t have to be auditioning for chariots of fire 😉.
