Perfect running weather

Out just after 7 am this morning, as I was awake. Glad I got out there as it was a wonderful morning, warm and sunny with just a slight mist and absolutely no-one around, so very peaceful.

Ended up doing 6km which was fine as it rounded this week off to 20km as my previous runs had been a 10k and. 4k. Even 2 years after graduation I still can’t quite get my head around running 20km in a week. Crazy, speaking as a previous non runner.

Hope everyone else is enjoying some great running weather!

Autumn running is the best..............apart from Spring running, of course.

Thanks. Amazing how a picture can lie, the track is absolutely flat, but you are right it does look uphill! Maybe I should lie and say yes it’s a really steep route ! 😂 Don’t think I will be doing too much uphill running if I can avoid it.
