Did it. Amazed as the 25 min runs were such a struggle. Now in training for W8 R3 with Guinness, steak and chips, apple tart and custard, coffee and a couple of glasses of red wine for lunch on my rest day. If I survive I’ll report back tomorrow. Cheers!
