W9R3. DONE IT

Exactly 2 months since I did my W1R1 I have just completed the programme🎉 Slightly disappointed with my distance 4.23k but I have been carrying a bad left knee for the last three runs which has not helped. But overall a Great feeling of success . I am now going to rest the knee and work out how best to get to the 5k and beyond. A really big heartfelt thank you to everyone who has helped me on the site, both by responding or even just posting inspiration thoughts. As someone who has always hated social media I am now a total convert to this group you are all magic. Can’t finish without thinking the designers of the programme and to everyone who is taking part. 😀😀😀

Congratulations! You ran 35:30 5k pace there, that’s nothing to be disappointed about... for someone who has been running for 2 months that’s pretty amazing really. Celebrate this well and enjoy all your future running adventures.

Hi. Don’t worry, if you consolidate what you have already done it will come. I completed program two weeks ago. My time to complete 5k was 37 mins. Week later 35 mins. 10 days later 33m21s. My goal is 5k in 30 mins of course. It will come. Best.

Well done, you did the program thats all that counts as its a building block and a big one at that. You will complete the 5K as thats how you are thinking. Thats my ambition too. Its W6 R1 tomorrow for me and I hope to complete a 5K park run over Christmas. Might try and find a 5K park run course for a practice first.
