I cannot believe I did it! Standing there at 6.25am in my daughters hand-me-down trainers with a huge smile on my face!!! If anyone is reading this who thinks they'll never do it, please try! There were times I thought to myself what on earth am I doing (like 10 min's into the run this morning!) but I'm so glad I persevered and went s-l-o-w and took time to actually enjoy it. This programme has helped not only my fitness but my entire state of mind. When I run I forget about loss and stress at work and focus on breathing and being out in the fresh air and every type of weather nature can throw at me! Thank you fellow couch to 5k folks and here's to 10k!!!!
