Yes, I think so. A little long for me (5'2"!!), but I just pulled the excess down to my ankles, which seemed to do the trick. Make sure you tie the tie at the waste....started to move and the felt like they were going to be a problem ( you know, tights not fitting at the crutch scenario), but once I did that not longer a problem.
