Well, I have read that people have found this run hard, and I was no exception! I thought that it was 3x 5 min runs so I was horrified when she said to run 8 minutes.... but I ploughed through and did it! I didn’t enjoy the run and it wasn’t pretty but I got through.... this programme is amazing!!
