hubby and I completed week 6 run I with our c25k group . hubby was feeling off colour but still did it. he just wasn't haring off in the distance lol. its starting to get hard to start back off again after the walking intervals so will be glad to just run straight through . . never thought I would say that!

Take it slow and steady, charliejack . It's all about building stamina. Hope hubby is feeling better but don't let him overdo it!
