For the last 10 days my hip and right hamstring have been giving me a lot of gyp ! I’m stretching every day and it definitely gives me relief but when I run - it’s really starts to hurt after 3k - ran Monday but giving myself an extra days rest and will try again tomorrow- feeling frustrated- any tips anyone??

Maybe take a bit longer off? Or maybe run some 2k runs so it’s not getting to that 3k pain? It it doesn’t sort itself out go see a physio.
