Well what a time to have my worst run to-date. Admittedly the weather was awful- hail-stones and, my least favourite, high wind and I have develop a nagging sore knee. So it was really hard work. Did 31 mins but only 3.7k I will just take it as a ‘rehearsal’ issue and hope for some better weather for my graduation run on Thursday

Thanks for this. Slight delay getting out hope to do it before lunch today. And what do you know we have very icy almost snow flurries at the moment 😂

Brrrrrr! I'm being a bit of a wuss at the moment, feeling very thankful that I don't have to run in the cold and dark, but can wait for it to warm up (slightly)!
