Last run completed

So I've now done all my runs and completed the couch to 5k. I had a time gap of over a week between my penultimate run and my last due to not getting any free time so I found it very hard but crossed the line so to speak!

It's going to be hard to get out more than once a wk is this going to be enough?? I see alot of runners out daily or every other day . Just want to keep momentum going and build on this.

Sammy totes understand. I’m similar. I do shift work so struggle to run as much as others. I completed today. Take today as a celebration 🍾

Well done xx you did it

Congratulations!

I read an article that said one run a week will maintain your running fitness, while 2 or more would increase it.

Enjoy celebrating and your future running.

Belated congratulations! 😸👏👏👏🏆

I finished less than 2 weeks ago and currently running 3x a week and adding 10% running time per week so now upto 36 minutes continuous.

Once I get to 40 minutes I will consolidate and add intervals of increased speed.

What are your plans now?

That sounds great! 40 mins is impressive. My plan is to try and make a plan that'll somehow accommodate more than 1 run a week or else I'll never build my stamina! However with my partner away working half the week, me working wkds and no gransparents about to help mind my toddler for even half an hr.. my plans r in their infancy! lol

Does this mean you will be a buggy runner?
