Well I've just done my 3rd run on week 9 and I'm amazed I've done it. If I didn't have the structure of this plan l wouldn't have still been running. I felt good and knew I was just short of 5k when Laura was about to say 30 minutes was up so I carried on for another 3 minutes and ended up running for 5.2 and a half k. So carry on running everyone cos you can do it!!!! How do I get my graduation? Xx
