Just posting on here so that I don’t bottle it!! My cold is finally a little better. So tomorrow morning my alarm is being set for 5.45 and I’m going to complete the 2nd run of week 1. Hoping I find I can manage it as well as r1. This is my second attempt starting this plan. Again I’ll be imagining you all there telling me to go slow, shoulders back, chest out. I CAN DO THIS. Thank you all for your support, I love this forum.
