Completed my runs with the Elgin Parkrun this morning with a time of 32:55 so I'm happy with that and the plan is to keep repeating W9 for a while and Parkruns on Saturday to build my stamina. Loved this program and hooked on running and feeling happier and fitter with heaps more energy so it's all good.

Keep up the good work everybody.
