Well that's week 7 done and dusted, just 2 more weeks to go 😀
I started logging the run components of the workouts on Wednesday to get an idea of progress. On Wednesday I ran 1.94 miles in 25 minutes and today it was 2.06 miles. So there is a bit of progress.
I know week 8 goes up to 28 minutes. It won't be a breeze, but I'm sure the preparation so far will have gone a long way to set me up for it. 😉👍
Thank you all for your encouragement. It makes a difference having running buddies, even if they are in the cyber area rather than beside you in the park or on the railway path. 😉👍🏃
