Started this workout on 1 October and today 30 November (St Andrew's Day) as I'm Scottish I finished it.
What a beautiful day π overcast and threatening to rain all the time I was running, but it didn't come to anything. I got to the end of my 5 minute brisk walk at the end of the run and took a rest. Just as I started walking back the heavens opened and the rain didn't stop till I got home. Needless to say I was soaked, but I didn't care, because I had just completed C25K something I never thought I would.
Going to keep doing 30 minute walks for the next couple of weeks until my ParkRun on 15 December.
Thank you one and all for all your encouragement. ππ
Oh and an extra benefit of this program was that I lost 2st 2lbs π

No problem with the administrators, they are really a nice group of people who do all the work of C25K for the love of running, helping and advising such people as you and me on their running 9 weeks or more journey of C25K until they graduate. π π π
Aw, I am so chuffed for you! You have been a real inspiration, I did W7 R2 today in the colΒ£ windy Aberdeenshire countryside. Enjoy the rest of St Andrewβs day xx
