I've started to loose weight! I haven't been on a diet as such, but I don't tend to eat rubbish. I have been at the same weight for ages....as in years...overweight! I fluctuated loosing and gaining 4lbs. I weigh myself occasionally (I don't have scales, use the ones in my local Boots). Just before my holiday in October, the 4lb stayed off. And now I've lost another 2lb. I can only put this down to the exercise. I totally wasn't expecting it, but I'm over the moon.
I have wanted to loose weight for so long, but just couldn't get my head into the right place to actively do something about it food wise. I had decided to just enjoy c25k and thought things would start to move once I started doing longer runs. Seems I was right, just sooner than expected. ;D

Cool! Running isn’t a weight loss thing as such, but as you were pretty stable, moving more will pretty much always mean a slow move in the right direction.
I don’t have scales either... mine had a recalibration session with my sledgehammer when they showed zero loss one week during my weight loss journey... they never worked after that 🤷♂️
Feel free to use my diet method which has helped me lose 41 lbs since June. It’s the Marble Diet. I have two jars one a short fat one and one a tall thin one. Into the fat jar I put 56 marbles representing the 4 stone I want to lose. Then I eat normally although watching the things we all know are bad (crisps and sweets my two) and most importantly I weigh myself every day at the same time - so you really do need some-scales. Then when I lose a pound I move a fat Marble to the thin jar. And on the bad days when I have put a pound on I move a Marble from thin to fat. It worked for me as a massive motivation. I agree that C25K is not directly helping me lose weight but the extra fitness, activity and developing stamina is I am sure helping push me along my weight loss challenge.
