Hi, I had proudly got to W8 and did my first 28 mins run, then got a bit ill with a chesty cough so had to take a break. After a couple of weeks off I am starting to feel better and want to get back to it. I know I can’t go straight back to 28 mins, but obvs don’t want to start over, any advice on how to rehab myself back to where I was? Thanks all x

Glad you're better..😊 Just head out..slow and steady...listen to your body and go gently. You'll soon know if it feels okay..😉

Two weeks before fitness starts to go and the programme has you more than ready for each run... so I’d say just go slow and use your watch to time it, go for 28, and see how close you are... you may well surprise yourself.
