Happy that I managed that with tech problems. I walked 2 x 5min warm ups with out the app agreeing to start and then ran as the app finally agreed to kick in offering up the warm up walk. Thought I’d run till Sarah said 5 mins to go (as this would be 20mins) and then stop. Got to the 15min point and wanted to finish with Sarah so all in all I’ve walked 15 mins and run 25 tonight!! Back to the proper approach, hopefully with a working app on Thursday. Thank you to Morcheeba’s ‘Big Calm’ perfect for a longer slow run 💚😀🏃🏼♀️

Kinda sideline negative thoughts by getting home from work, changed and out the door without pause, and certainly not sitting down at all! I have the advantage of knowing that I’ve completed 0-5k previously (Dec ‘17) so I know it works. The task will be to complete and then continue forward, integrating it into my habits sufficiently.
Always the thing fitting it in, but everything you’re saying tells me you will. I’ve also recently been converted to just enjoying that when I’ve got the time I can get out and just love the run I can do, before that I was worried that heading to 26.2 my plan and my life may disagree... all relaxed now, I’m not trying to break 2 hours, I don’t care about breaking 4 to be honest... so I now know I can and I will do the run!
