Well I started 5 months ago and after week two had to stop (family loss) so didn't feel up to it.

Now yesterday I finished week 6 run 2 and I feel amazing. All the worries I had at the beginning about people looking at someone 6 stone overweight (now 4 1/2) and all those sports people was a waste of time. Runners are a fabulous group. πŸ˜€ Smiles and waves and some even stop and run with me to egg me on when I'm struggling.

What I'm trying to say is, this group on here are amazing and really motivational, but there is also a fantastic group out running on our runs.

So smile, wave and keep running. I know I will. πŸ˜€
