Second run of week 7 on the bag. I found it slightly easier than the last one. Just before the half way point I wanted to stop, but as soon as Jo said your half way through it felt easier. I couldn't believe it when I got to 5mins left, and I started to play with how fast in running. The last 60 seconds I went for it. It went so fast (in time not speed).
While running I started to let my mind wonder, and started to wish I started this ages ago. What I have learnt is there is always the right time to do these things and that time is NOW. Running is really helping with my mental and physical health. I am so happen I started this.
For those who are a couple of runs behind me, you got this, slow and steady, listen to the coach... It's all good. For those who are ahead of me. You know this already.
