W7R3 - a leap of faith - Glow in the Park 5k run last night - Yes Yes Yes - ran the whole thing. It was an amazing first experience. Night time, rain at times,Foam, a great crowd, loud music, Foam lots of it, cold - very cold painty water (actually most welcome as was warming up) Foam - or did I already mention that? (there was an awful lot of it at the start, halfway through and at the finish. The most fun I can imagine. Its just flew by and I wanted to do it again immediately (I didnt, couldnt but would have loved to be able to!) Highly recommended and will never be forgotten as the first event, first time I have run 5k and first medal!!!! Yay - still on a high. Back to W8R1 next week!

Good job... great to enjoy. Just be careful on the next few runs not to overdo it.
