Hi, sorry to post again. On rest days is it ok to go to the gym. I do treadmill (brisk walk on incline), cycle, cross trainer and resistance equipment. Are all of those considered low impact. Thanks again 😊

The brisk walking is the only one that could conceivably be classified as having any impact...........just make sure you don't break into a jog!
