am still not sure about how many runs i need to be doing i know everyone is different some can do alot more i try to do 3 x 5ks aweek do you think thats ok
i realy would like to do a 10k run every week with maybe 2 5ks aswell
Try...a short..faster one..maybe just 3K..a 5 or 6K.and a 10K.
Maybe look at the C25K+ podcast Speed...for your short run...and Stamina for your 5/6K...that used to help me?

Before I started on my HM training..that pattern of a short..speedier run..a middle one..5 to 7K and a 10K was my regular running week...I think you'd enjoy it..I always did my long run on Sunday...early..😉

I'm find juggling my normal gym work outs with my c25k programme fiddly. Before I started this I did the gym everyday, weights,spin bike, eliptical, rower and occasional class, it gave me an overall work out. Only way I can do it now is do some gym on days off and fit the rest in on the same day as a run I don't seem to be suffering from doing it. this way , if anything I feel as if I could do more. .... at the moment anyway.
