Off to the gym today to do my W1R2 with my 12yr old daughter...I’m hoping she doesn’t show me up while I’m gasping for air on the treadmill! 🙈😂😂

If you are gasping for air you are simply going too fast. Don't try to match someone else's pace, but find your own conversational pace, at which you can clearly hold a conversation, as laid out in the guide to the plan. healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

I do find I can actually run better on a treadmill than outdoors, is that normal?

It is considered easier.

It should be set to a gradient of at least one degree to simulate running outdoors.

I was at the gym again this morning, did W2R1 on the treadmill and 30 mins cross trainer 😊💪🏻 having a day off running tomorrow, I do find it easier to run on a treadmill

You will... you’re back in the swing - that was my intention - you never know what you can do until you try. I never imagined I’d be doing this sort of stuff...:)
