Week 5 Run 3


Again, I can’t believe I was able to run for 20 minutes! A beautiful day today but a slight chill in the air. I started off feeling a bit cold and hurrying to get into the sunshine, but after running for a while and getting heated, I was hurry’ing to get back into the shade.

Looking forward to week 6, but will take heed of others’ advice, not to be overconfident and to keep slow and steady.

Brilliant well done. Yep slow and steady is the way forward, nothing to fear, only challenges that you will succeed with.
