Another week down. And thanks to those who responded to my issues over W7R2. It all helped and it was a far better run - not a lot more speed but a bit more distance and better still I felt better about it. Roll on Monday for W8R1 - 28 mins (!!!!!!)

Great stuff... just relax and really enjoy these longer runs.. Let those newly forming running legs find their own happy pace...

If you start slow and stay slow, take everything in as you run, they are wonderful runs...
