It's a Saturday morning, 8.02am, between a 2 year old that hates sleep and inconsiderate neighbours I got about 4 hours sleep, in total not all in one go, I'm grumpy and tired so what am I doing Abbott it? I'm going out to do w7r1! 9 weeks ago the idea of running for 1 minute was daunting and not at all enjoyable and here i am going out to run for 25 minutes to improve my mood and make me feel better. Miracles do happen πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ˜‚

That run should improve your mood, sorry about your inconsiderate neighbours, I assume that loud music kept you from sleeping, I hope you enjoy your 25 minute week 7 run 1.

Revving their car and beeping horn on and off for 2 hours about 3am 😣 they have been spoken to, but my run was great and really did the trick

I never run after a bad night's sleep.............. each to their own.
