Well here we are at the end of week 8 and a nice rest and then the final week
Have loved this program thats helped me back to my love of running although I know it never gets much easier I also know it makes me happier to completing these runs🙂so roll on next week and then the plan is to run my first Parkrun next Saturday and that will complete my C25K ...so let's see

Excellent idea to round it off by doing parkrun. When I was in week 9, with the 5 minute warm up walk, and the 5 minute cool down walk, the total time was just enough to complete a parkrun.
