Wore my ‘success’ t-shirt for today’s 8 wk run. Beautiful autumnal colours in the meadows where I run and with ‘ Motown classics ‘on the ears, I really enjoyed it.
Don’t know if it blots my copybook but I now have a small Merlot to enjoy!!
